I am passionate about learning and passing my knowledge onto my students. My strengths as a teacher include compassionate listening; honing in on my student's individual needs; drawing on my music background to help musicians and people in other creative mediums; and communicating the principles of the Alexander Technique in a clear, concise, and accessible way.
